This place was recommended by a friend who lives in Andalusia. I'm glad he did. This is the only true hotel in Andalusia with interior doors to the rooms. All others are motels with exterior corridors. Entering the lobby at check-in, we saw a couple employees working hard to clean the area. A great sign indeed. The lady at the counter welcomed us and thanked us for being reward members. She was very kind and informative on the breakfast and how to get to our rooms. There was a couple of places at the location that needed maintenance. The roof above the eating area was in disrepair and the 2nd floor elevator down button was taped so we couldn't press it. But clean was the word for our 2-night stay. I do t know when we will visit Andalusoa again. If so, the Holiday Inn Express is where we will stay.

The location was ideal, offering easy access and ample parking. The greeting upon arrival was wonderful—the lady at the front desk was both cordial and exceptionally nice. She thoughtfully arranged a room for me on the first floor, which was very convenient. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and generously provided. Truly couldn’t have asked for more and I finished my already great visit to Alabama with this very nice experience.

All staff were very friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The free breakfast offered a wide variety of items. From omelets to sausage, fresh pancakes with a push of a button, breads, cereal, fresh fruit and many more. Was some what pricey to me but will stay again.

Excellent staff! Cleanest hotel I’ve been in all year, and I travel a good bit for work! Fresh coffee all day, fresh breakfast with tons of options for everyone! The room was clean and it was easy to get comfortable after a long travel day.

Stayed here two weeks ago and everything was spot-on. The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. Loved how quiet the hotel was at night—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast had plenty of options and was fresh. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

This was my third stay at this hotel due to work. I spent 47 days here last year with no issues. This April I returned again for work. I booked the room for 31 days in our company’s Concur system. The extended reservation showed when I arrived at the hotel for check in. After 8 days I received multiple calls at work from Linda informing me that I was supposed to check out of the room earlier so that housekeeping could do the cleaning. I reminded her that I was supposed to be there for a month. She said that her system showed me checking out on that particular day. I logged into our Concur system to verify my reservation and the manager was insistent that I check out because there was a track team coming in that weekend and had booked all of the rooms. I left work and got my things and checked out. The same thing happened to several of my coworkers and we were scrambling to find lodging for the rest of our stay there. This was not a good look for the Holiday Inn. I have Platinum status with you guys for a reason.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and comfort of the Holiday Inn Express in Andalusia, AL. The bed was equivalent of a high-end hotel and the other seating options made for such a comfortable stay. The bathroom and common areas were very clean and the gym had sufficient equipment for me to get a good workout in (albeit quite small).
