Positive: The staff I dealt with truly tried to assist. Negative: Yes. First room could not close the door and they told me to lift upon the door to close it but they eventually gave me another room. The other room I had issue's with the cleanliness of the bathroom. Toilet not clean. Women's hair on floor.

We rented two rooms for the night of March 15, 2025, due to the tornadic weather we were forecasted to have. Our room was not that bad. It was outdated, but it was clean. Our daughter and son-in-law's room was awful! The sheets had dirty spots on them, and the room smelled like marijuana. We contacted the front desk, and the lady who checked us in acted as if it was no big deal. She told us we could come get fresh sheets for the bed. She stated she was the only one there at the time. We walked down to the lobby and got a fresh set of sheets. She still acted like it was no big deal and tried to make excuses for the smell saying, "It is a smoking room." Our daughter and son-in-law had to leave their door open for a couple of hours so the room could air out enough that they could stay in it. (There were no other rooms available to swap to.) The clerk never apologized or tried to make things right about the room. No discounts. No nothing. There is also a breakfast advertised. Don't waste your time. It isn't real breakfast. When we turned the keys in the next morning, my husband again told the clerk how dissatisfied we were with the room. She said, "Thank you!" He turned in the key and left the lobby.

This is the first bad review I've ever given. Front deck was definitely a bit rude. Also we were told breakfast was over at 9:30. We walk up at 9am and every was put up. We have two small kids so we asked if we could just please have some milk for the cereal and they would not accommodate. I won't repeat what the lady said.

PSA: GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Needs new everything from top to bottom, back and front, including management. I stayed here for the 1st time in years because it used to be nice for a cheap price, but times have drastically changed for the worst for this place.

This motel is in a great location for LBW community college activities. Otherwise I have nothing good to say. When you walk into the room you can feel how thick the air is. The air conditioner never cooled the room, the bathroom was dirty, the floors were dirty, and as the night went on we were all stopped up and couldn’t breath to sleep. I tried to change rooms. I went down and woke up the girl asleep in a chair in the lobby. She told me that since we checked in earlier in the day that we couldn’t change rooms. I told her we were having issues breathing and had headaches. I debated sleeping in my car but my two kids were with me. One kept waking up whining, stopped up, and uncomfortable. My guess is there’s very poor ventilation, bad air conditioning, and most likely mold. We were all sick the next day and I wish I had just gotten my kids and left but there was nowhere to go. This place needs to be shut down and required to renovate.

I made a reservation online that immediately stated I was past the cancellation but didn’t expect a problem as this is the third time this week I’ve done this. My girlfriend is traveling from MN to FL and list her credit card so I’ve been booking and paying. The last three Quality Inns were super accommodating. This one, worst ever. The woman was rude, raised her voice, wouldn’t let me finish my sentence then started accusing me of raising my voice. I was out to dinner sitting in a restaurant and talking in normal conversational volume. The woman wouldn’t even list and treated me like I was a criminal. I understand people try to defraud businesses, but there are multiple ways to have handled this. Best part wouldn’t let my girlfriend check in and wouldn’t cancel the reservation so now it’s going to be a dispute. Do not do business with these people!
