Avoid at all cost. After your promo expires, your bill will be inconsistent. They have changed my bill amount 3 times in one month, CS is incompetent, and it is impossible to get through someone. I will be switching over to AT&T - less hassle and better deal. In addition, I have been on the phone trying to cancel service and even that can't be resolved.

Have had issues for a few months now. Called tech support MANY times with the same issues. I have insurance on my modem and it has yet to be replaced. Constant disconnects... Oh hold with customer support now for over 15 min.... UNSATISFACTORY.

I wish there was another company in this area other than dish and these guy. Over last three years my bills jumped to $260 and my issues just grow. Pay your bill you have to reset your modem. They have an update, reset your modem. Storm takes out your lines wait two-three weeks for repair. Office can't ever help, no equipment, can't take payments mainly just at face at a sign up station. I will say the download speed when it works is incredible but that's the only good thing. The phone and online bot system is a joke.

They came out and connected the Internet in no time. The cable was buried a few weeks later and they did a wonderful job on it. I haven't had any issues with service problems so far.

This company is by far has the worst customer service in the business. The internet is very slow and its usually is down half of the time. When you call in to voice your concerns you're on hold over 1hr and then you get a representative that is not knowledgeable.

We lost our internet during a tornado on Tuesday May 20th. A tree took the pole completely down. Alabama Power had a new pole set within 24 hours. We’ve been 6 days now and the cable wire is still laying in the street. My entire street has been without internet for that long while Sparklight has our area “in service” and all tornado issues “resolved”. We’ve had two separate technicians come out to view the downed line, both of them telling us that we were next in line for the repair crew. The fact that the second technician informed us that the crew was in a new location means that that was a flat out lie. Sparklight repaired the downed lines 100 yards to the north of our street on the 2nd day and the lines a quarter mile to the south of our street on the 3rd day. Four different customers from my street have called multiple times that I’m aware of, there may be more. We’ve still got nothing. Every time we talk to someone new, they act as if they are completely unaware of our issue (as evidenced by the site showing no outages in our area). Not sure what we need to do to get internet back. Switch to Starlink I guess?

Just got their service and its so wonderful, tech support stays on the line for as long as it takes you and them to troubleshoot the issues. I would highly recommend. Great deal and very good price for the service

For one the first person I spoke with at Sparklight said that this was FIBER internet which indeed is NOT. I thought long and hard for about a month about switching my service, I decided to switch and now I wish I never would have! I can’t even access my work emails and it’s hardwired into the computer! I work from home and I can’t even use our dialer system due to the SLOW internet access! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!
