We have worked with BTech for a couple of years now. They are great to work with and we have had no security issues. The staff (Marius, Nick and Bryan) that we have worked with are very polite, patient and extremely helpful. We rarely have to wait when we have an issue. If we do have to wait, it is usually less than an hour. I highly recommend using BTech!
