When the courts fail to abide by the orders put into place, the system is flawed. Hopefully my daughters see this down the road as evidence their father, me, was a good man trying to see and spend time with his daughters. I hired a lawyer, spent 8k over a period of 10 months and the courts kept sending us to mediation.

Chief Clerk is the most rude person I have ever had to deal with an lacks any kind of empathy for a mental health issue not to mention probably violated HIPA laws making someone speak about medical information in front of so many other people. This should be an elected position so She could be removed. She came to the window already angry that she had to get out of her chair. Ridiculous and now I have to seek an Attorney to protect a loved one. Mental health system is broken in this state!

Came to renew a tag and the lady that was helping us was going very slow, I mean like ten minutes went by. So I asked what the problem was and she answered me back very nasty and rude by saying, she needed to verify a few things....she had all the correct things in front of her, like the last years tag receipt and proof of insurance. So I don't know what else she had to verify? But if your going to work with public, BE NICE!

I'm in the active duty military. I drove 2 hours after work, in uniform. Got there at 4:50. They told me they didnt have enough time to do paperwork for a tag, that i need to be there before 4:30. They weren't rude, but i felt like the could have cut a service member some slack..

I can’t understand why when a person calls and ask questions this office has to be so rude! I was actually told that another tag office did not tell me what I was explaining when I had spoken to 2 surrounding counties! I think they must have forgotten that people are their customers! Where’s the customer service?
