OMG! If you are heading to Red Bay, you need to make an appointment with Chris! He and his crew are amazing! Talk about “detail” I was blown away by the little things the guys did to make our Tiffin Wayfarer look BETTER than new! Plus, they also do dog grooming (because so many RV’ers have traveling companions) and Miss Olive was just a beautiful as Rocinante when we left Red Bay.

Allen and Chris will address your RV cleanliness needs with a customer-first attitude and great southern work ethic. I called late in the day on a Friday of a 3-day weekend, and they stayed late servicing my big rig. They're members of Harvest Hosts and have FHU spots to stay, as well.

We stayed at Detail Depot while waiting to be serviced by Tiffin Motorhomes. We stayed in the back lot which has Full RV hook-ups and free wi-fi. It was very quiet. The business is conveniently located across the street from Tiffin. The owner of this establishment, Chris McKinney has been here since 2007. Chris is an outstanding person. We didn't have our tow car so he allowed us to use his vehicles. Everything Chris said he would do he did. While here we had our motorhome fully detailed by Detail Depot. The crew did an amazing job. I'm a picky person and expect the services I pay for to be done right the first time! I cannot give this owner and his staff enough praise. If you're in Red Bay for Tiffin Motorhome work, make a stop at Detail Depot. Chris is well-known to other businesses and he can provide a wealth of information and referrals to other businesses you may need.

Absolutely the best. They worked until they were satisfied with the job and I was happy way before they were. Conscientious and motivated. You will not be disappointed with their work. We will return at least once a year for them to do our coach.

Just left Detail Depot a few minutes ago, very pissed from my experience with them!! Surprise, surprise, surprise at the end when I received my bill, I have a Phaeton 44OH, they charged me $582.75 for a wash/wax, $145 to remove a couple of minimal scratches, $90 to clean the tire rims, another $25 to buff one headlight! Took 3 hours total, final bill $902…..give me a damn break, I will never use this con artist again! To everyone else considering using them you better get your final price up front before letting them touch your coach or you’ll be subject to the same surprise I did at the end!!!! Additionally my friend just had his 45’ Allegro Bus done a few days ago for $650 plus he had his bay doors acid washed, go figure!!

The whole crew was beyond respectful and 100% professional. They certainly know to the tee what they are doing. Tyler Lisa and Mark were so polite and definitely took pride in their work. Chris , the owner, was absolutely delightful. Not only does he give out smiles and laughs but his prices and bundle deals were just to good to pass up. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely be back.

We walked over while our coach was getting serviced at Tiffin. Chris asked a lot of questions about our RV and our travels so he could provide the appropriate detailing. No pressure to buy more services than we wanted. His team was really hustling and did a great job. It was dark when they finished. Chris hooked us up with power and a sewer hook up for the night. One of the guys asked when we were leaving in the morning so he could come back and do a final check in the daylight. You could tell they all took pride in their work. You don't see that very often these days. Great job! Looks fantastic.
