It is a great environment to wait for the next movie to watch. I love the range of palms that get all decorated early November already for the holiday season. The calming sound of the water makes it a great place to relax between different shopping trips and to wait for each other.

What the heck happened here? This is an awful theater. The seats are uncomfortable and the food was like a cheap old time theater. How is this still open? It's so sad. It used to be so nice. We will never be back. Disappointed for this being in the Quarter it should be a VIP theater... So sad

I recently visited Landmark Theatres and had an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was absolutely amazing – friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. They made the entire movie-going experience even more enjoyable with their positive attitude and professionalism. The theatre itself was spotless. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously, which made me feel comfortable and safe. The seats were clean, the lobby was well-maintained, and even the bathrooms were pristine. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be returning to Landmark Theatres. The great staff and immaculate environment truly set this place apart from other cinemas!

We went to see Superman while visiting from Colorado. This theater is easily one of the most beautiful and well-designed I’ve ever seen — clearly built with premium materials and real vision. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the building. Both the men’s and women’s restrooms smelled terrible, and most of the toilets were out of order. Instead of refilling the soap dispensers, they had set out off-brand pump bottles. Only two employees seemed to be working in the entire place, and it showed — the popcorn tasted stale, like it had been sitting for days. Even the digital menu looked like something thrown together on PowerPoint by a kid. It’s disappointing to see such a gorgeous theater so poorly run. Whoever built this place did an amazing job — but whoever owns and operates it now should hand over the reins to someone who actually cares about maintaining the quality and experience that this theater deserves.

This is our "go to" for theatres as the seats are comfortable and it's never too busy (to the point, we wonder if they will stay open). Anyway, our routine is that arrive, we check in and then go to the bar for a pre-movie adult beverage and Sean is usually the bartender there. In this case, apparently he is off on Sundays. I am offering this feedback to our bartender who served us this past Sunday. My wife and I are both bright and cheery people and we asked "Is Sean here?" which was met with a sour reply that made us regret even asking. I noticed that they had at least one new draft beer including a blood orange one. My wife ordered a Blue Moon and I asked to try the blood orange one which we are used to a reply like "Of course!" when asked. Again, a not so cheery response, but more begrudgingly. I let my wife try a sip and she decided she wanted that one instead, but she wanted a smaller version of my large glass. We were told flatly that they only have the one larger size (which is not the case usually). We noticed that the bartender's personality was not especially friendly to others as well (so it wasn't just us) and you could see that people were kind of taken aback by her lack of hospitality. A bit later, the bartender then shared with us that customers sometimes leave her tips of less than $1.00 when the tab is $30-$200. I left a 20% tip in spite of her not being friendly, but I have to be honest. I didn't have the heart to tip less even though she didn't earn it. Consider this - we were in Scottsdale and let's be honest. The type of people that shop there are kind of "bougie" and expect to be treated extra special whether they deserve it or not - that's just Scottsdale. Not saying it is right, but again, I am hoping she will take this feedback and bring a brighter, sunnier and more enthusiastic side of herself to the job. That's the way it goes in the service industry. There are LOTS of choices people have as to where to go to the movies (including STAYING AT HOME and streaming instead). Give us a reason to not only go to the theatre to see a movie but to also buy a drink beforehand. TBH, I spent more at the bar than I did paying for our matinee movie tickets. That kind of stuff matters to management and to customers. Therefore, it should matter to the staff too.

Adding photos of the "pod" seating because I couldn't find anything about it when I was trying to buy tickets. Photos were taken after! It was clean when we arrived There are specific theaters that have them. If they have the pod seating it is for all seats in that theater except for the handicap row. I would probably recommend closer to the screen because they lean back and let you look at the screen. Overall the theater was very nice and feels very luxury. I will definitely go again It was about $30 for two tickets The popcorn and nachos were a little disappointing but still enjoyable! The chicken tenders were surprisingly good for a movie theater. Hope this is helpful. Don't know why this has negative reviews... (This theater use to be a different theater that closed during COVID)

This was the old iPic Luxury theater that closed a few years ago. We went here thinking that Landmark would take the opportunity to bring back an ultra luxury movie going experience. They completely missed the mark. The windows were dirty. The snack bar had very limited offerings. We have to wait for our food at the snack bar which made us miss the first few minutes of our movie. My hamburger was way over cooked and hard at the edges. The fries were good but my icee was watery. The popcorn was terrible. The butter tasted watery and tasteless. In the theater, the projector in theater 6 was not lined up properly so the top of the picture was off of the screen. There was a blown speaker in the rear of the theater which made loud popping and static noises through out the movie. No tables in the theater to put your food and drinks down on so we were forced to hold them in our laps the entire movie. The ambiance of the iPic is completely gone. Landmark had an opportunity to fill a niche in the movie going market and they completely dropped the ball. I will not be returning to the Landmark theaters. If you're thinking about going here for a "luxury" movie going experience, don't waste your money. Go elsewhere.
