"This court is beginning the trial for my 29-year-old brother in July. He is being charged with murder and robbery based on false allegations from the state, which include false witnesses and planted evidence. The state has been pursuing him since he was a minor, attempting to paint a picture of who he is. They have placed him on a watchlist for most of his life, and family members and friends have been warned to stay away from helping him. As his sister, I believe he was set up. I also believe that some law enforcement officials may be fabricating cases like his. My brother has been involved with the system since he was a minor in Child Protective Services, and instead of receiving help and resources, he was institutionalized. He was stripped of his parental rights, and his parole or probation officers often fail to check in or change offices frequently. I think a lawsuit, potentially under RICO Law or CCE, is necessary to restore justice and provide proper assistance to people and their families. Locking away lives due to laziness and a lack of diligence in charging people with true claims and evidence is unjust. This can happen to anyone. Furthermore, the identity of the man who was allegedly murdered has not been disclosed. There were three other incidents on the same day, and the homicides continue with the wrong people being accused. The truth needs to be exposed, and the justice system needs to be reviewed and revised."

Jesus from legal regards is very rude and not helpful at all considering we are tax paying citizens and our taxes pay your salaries you should be fired or moved downstairs to the mail room after speaking with his manager. The manager informed me that I could go online and get the information instead of Jesus being rude and telling me I had to pay $.50 per copy, and I had to go in person when there was a whole another solution and he could’ve gone that route instead he went the route he went and was very rude about it

While at the Superior Court building in Tucson, I walked through the metal detector and it went off. Nobody said anything to me and I was told to grab my stuff. Once I started the walk away the guard with the wand was very rude in telling me to wait and go put my stuff back. He then proceeded to say that I couldn’t just walk off because the detector beeped. I understand the protocol but this should have been addressed once I walked through the scanner. Not after I was told to pick up my belongings and proceed. Staff appears lazy in the posture and lack professionalism for a government building.

I've only been here dealing with probate stuff, so in my experience, it's not too bad. Note though parking is not clear & at least 1 elevator to garage was not working so I had to walk around. Also, google doesn't tell you where to park & gives you walking directions that take you in a huge unnecessary circle.

these boneheads mistakenly reported my designated driving misdemeanor charge to the dmv as a felony! my license was then unjustly suspended. I had to write the court and have them correct it which they also communicated to the dmv. even then, the dmv messed things up and the license was categorized as cancelled, but that's another story (I'm just so glad i wasn't driving to have to find that out). It's not my job to keep having to correct the courts. I'm not the department of corrections!

The clerks, recorder and library staff all need to be on the same page...especially the clerks. I saw several people who were frustrated, including me because we all get different information from one person to the next. They act like we have no lives and don't pay anything to get these copied/filed/drive here/park/etc. We take time off work and have to wait for hrs...this last time, I waited 3 hrs (which seemed common compared to what others were saying). It's ridiculous. You guys need to be trained by the same person or be on the same page. Stop having one person say to fill out 1 packet, yet the other person says it's wrong or it cant be filed or something else needs to be done...
