pretty sure they don't have a clue what they are doing, when you call the internet side refuses to take calls, dial up might have been better. or at least hire people that know and care instead of being there for a easy paycheck. we pay $90 a month for 1gb and we are getting 1.04 mbps, called for two months and they finally sent someone out to change the router and it was even worse wifi.

Truly awful. When I moved I had a disputed bill from my last residency. It was a water bill that was due to me from AFTER I moved. Well when I moved here, Clarksville utilities was nice enough to cut off MY ELECTRIC that I had already put a $300 deposit on...for a $50 bill for water FROM. MY. LAST. RESIDENCY. IN. VILONIA. Then they charged me an additional $150 to turn the power back on. I'm pretty sure between the entire office they only have two brain cells fighting for 3rd place. Someone needs to shut this place down and do something different bc I've never seen more unprofessional folks in my entire life.

Things have definitely gone down hill since we moved here. At first no complaints. Internet was good for a good price. Lately absolutely awful. Bills have gone up and no one can figure out why. They do absolutely nothing for the awful internet service we have had lately. The whole entre town is complaining and they basically just ignore them. We switched internet providers.

We've used this company since 2000, never been late and our bills have never been over $200. The last 2 months our bill has been over $300 for no legitimate reason. They combined us to vote for all of these solar power fields to allegedly help us, but the only ones benefitting from the free solar power is the city. Nevermind the horrible customer service.

Their internet is atrocious. Have never had worse internet in my life. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. They will not give you credit for not providing the services you pay for, nor will they try to fix it or make it right.

Every month the internet is messing up and when I call to ask about the internet then they transfer me and that number is conveniently not accepting calls. I pay a lot for the internet and I am getting tired of having problems with it every month.

The customer service doesn't help me with or tell me anything that a 10 year old child couldn't. How sad. The INTERNET techs down there have no idea what they are doing. Instead of having to deal with as many problems as I have with their service I suggest getting service from somewhere else.

Worst internet around, goes down constantly and always on the weekends. Whatever you do choose any other company but these guys, and their customer service is a joke.
