Best wireless service I have ever had. Customer service is above and beyond. During the tornado outbreak our router was misbehaving and a tech came out and repaired it, so we would be able to monitor the storms on the news. Amazing people!!!

Good internet service, aways have consistent connection. When we lose connection, they get it back up quickly. Wish the cost was a little less, but you do get what you pay for, and the service is consistent.

Didn’t pay the bill for a month because I was out of town and when i got back I went to pay it for the next month but they wanted to charge me for the previous month even tho they shut the internet off. Also it’s due on the 16th ever month no matter what. If you pay on the 15th thinking you’ll have it for a month they’ll shut it off the next day and say that was for last month. Also I didn’t sign the 24 month contract I pay the extra $10 a month not to be in a contract.

So please with Clay County Connect. The best Internet service I have ever had. I have been with them for a year now and there has only been 1 outage and that was due to a storm. If you want a reliable Internet get Clay County Connect you won't regret it. Thanks Clay County Connect
