This location is the only McDonald’s for miles and unfortunately. I have 3 young children who often request McDonald’s. I have never had an experience as bad as EVERY SINGLE experience we have here in Greenwood, AR, West Main Center st. I have tried various forms of ordering: picking up curbside with a mobile order, going through the drive thru with mobile order, and just ordering on the spot in the drive thru. Doesn’t matter - at any given time during the day/afternoon/evening I am guaranteed to be waiting 30 plus minutes for a couple of happy meals and maybe one combo. Whether there are 3 cars, 10 cars, or zero cars in sight, the staff that is seemingly comprised of children under the age of 16 and managed by no one, really take their sweet time to deliver any kind of service. By the time I have sat in window 2 for what feels like hours, I don’t even have time or energy to complain about the order that never fails to be incorrect after finally receiving it. This review isn’t going to make a difference, I am well aware, but at this point I have to express my rage somehow as opposed to repeatedly degrading, again, the CHILDREN working behind the counter. Wish someone would figure out how to run their franchise over here - or at least put a competent adult in charge even just part of the time.

My husband bought a sausage McMuffin with egg.. he opened it up and there was green and red in it. We will never go there again.

Old review: It's really amazing how this place can get it so wrong EVERY time. They don't mess an order occasionally... They literally mess up all of my orders (several times a week), and those of my families when they are in the area. I don't leave their parking lot without checking my food. It takes special talent to screw up that much. If I could give it negative starts, I would. Hopefully, some time in the near future, they will open up another McDonald's down the road (within 15 minutes) that knows what they are doing. This place makes me want to eat Sonic, and I am not a Sonic fan.

We had an order for two people and they missed half of the order. They refused to give us credit to our debit card or through the app. We will never stop at this location again.

This is the only place nearby with decent convenient breakfast. I come here once every week or so before my shift at work, and I always order the egg McMuffin with hash brown and a Dr Pepper. But 8/10 times, the McMuffin is undercooked and goopy. Other times, it’s sometimes got green and brown stuff in it. 1/10 times it’s perfect, but 8/10 times I get the undercooked egg. I got refunded and had it replaced once before, but today I told them at the menu “make sure it’s fully cooked”, and I then had to wait 10 extra minutes at the third window, and it was STILL slightly undercooked AND they forgot my hash brown. I’m mad, obviously, because it’s a simple order with reasonable expectations for it to be COOKED. If there was a Wendy’s nearby I’d start going there instead

A good McDonald's burger is a rarity these days, but this location has it together. The fries were also well salted, no salt packets in the bag here.
