I sign up for services and tell the guy here's my card sign me up for autopay every month. He says "ok". 3 months later it hasn't been done and I am paying a reconnection fee for non payment. Then I'm told "it's your fault, you sign up for that yourself on our website." Really? You can't just take someone's card and bill them every month? I'm sitting here saying here take my money every month. Everywhere I go around here instead of actually getting some customer service you get the finger placed in your face and told to 'do it yourself bc I'm not interested in working hard and just want to collect an easy paycheck'

The rep makes it sound so hopeful that you're granted a 2 day extension and your water won't be shut off but at the end she can't guarantee that it won't happen! Haha talk about a major bubble buster! So the disconnection man says otherwise? Are these people not on the same page or something? I mean we're in a pandemic! Even APS is not disconnecting if people are late! Lol I thought water was life?

No one ever answers the phone, if you have an issue with your account they expect you to take a day off of work to travel 2 hours to actually speak to someone. Since they never answer the phone. If you pay online make sure to check and keep record of payments, like i do because they will over charge or claim you didn't pay even when you have the print out receipt. Be nice if someone could answer the phone.

I waited 3 hrs and left work early when they needed me ... only to be disappointed on my service to reconnect. Not to mention I paid my hard worked $141.71 to the bill.
