I really enjoy my stay at WorldMark Cathedral City. Tia at the front desk was amazing. She was very helpful, kind, informative, patient, and provided fantastic customer service, and she made me feel really welcomed. All other staff members were cordial and professional. The property is very well kept. The unit itself was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Nice kitchen, organized closet, full bathroom, 2 smart TVs, living room area, and dining area. I highly recommend this location, and when I'm in the area, I'll definitely consider staying here once again.

No wifi!! Despite promising free wifi online! Either pay 45$/day or become their membership. I asked front desk twice, she gave me a dismissive attitude without any solutions. Terrible hygiene🤮This is just one of the scene in bathtub. We decided to leave one day earlier than planned. When we reported these issues at checkout, instead of a refund for the unused night, the front desk suddenly offered a promotion code for Wi-Fi and a housekeeping service…far too late to use, as we were already leaving. Honestly I felt strongly being mistreated and would never come back again.

Very spacious 1 bedroom units, full kitchen and huge central courtyard and swimming pool. Very quiet and generally no children. Great value - don’t bother to book the studio units; no comparison - small units with micro kitchen and mini living room.

Wonderful place well located. We can easily access Palm Springs and Palm Desert, where we have friends and favorite spots we like to go to. It's a cool, friendly place where people are nice and you can relax and be yourself.
