I'm not exaggerating even slightly when i say that the staff at this particular gamestop is the best I have ever encountered. I had a warranty on a rare controller from them and an employee (who's name I didn't catch) went out of his way to track me down a replacement. It took weeks to find and ship it but he went above and beyond. Truly the best retail warranty experience I have had in my 42 years.

Nice clean store smaller than I remember it being but still very nice. Staff was super cool very helpful with the trade in information. Best deal is getting a controller there and getting the 15 dollar warranty which allows you to trade in that controller for whatever reason within that year and get a brand new one. Because your information is saved across the whole Gamestop system you can do you trade in at any store. Side note in store credit is always more than cash and theydont accept headsets for trade in oddly enough. They will still take drift controllers just at a lower trade in vaul.

Purchased a 3DS for my son for xmas. It powered up, but won't play 3DS games. Maybe the staff there should check equipment before selling. Now I have to drive out to Natomas to exchange. And since it's outside the holiday return policy, I have to use the insurance to exchange it. Buyer beware when purchasing from this store.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. As a non-gamer getting a Christmas present, I left with a great game console. UPDATE: No change to the helpful staff, but the game console they sold me wouldn't power up. Because I purchased outside the Christmas "window", no refund and I have to drive to Elk Grove to get a replacement. Guess the District Manager is the current Ebenezer Scrooge!

Slim pick'ns on anything accessory wise for my Nintendo Switch. Even the employees (who were very friendly and professional, not usually common at a GameStop) agreed and suggested I try Target next door.

Really rude and ignoring customers! I just need to buy a game but ended up in 10+ mins slience waiting for cashier. Target makes you GameStop replaceable!
