We moved to California 3 years ago and found a 1 bedroom apartment here at Las Haciendas. The ad said rent was $1095/mth, but the manager charged us $1245 for the tiny little apartment. During our 2nd week here, a sewer truck blocked our parking space so we parked in the office spot. Our car was towed and we paid nearly $400 to retrieve it. By the end of our 1st year, at least two of our neighbors had been stabbed by relatives and a swat team had spent most of a night surrounding an apartment next to the manager's office. As the year went by, management began to send out offensive and absurd notices to tenants, including to us. Half the community either left or were evicted. Some had been here for nearly a decade. Since then, we have been habitually harassed by the "management" with frequent letters on our door. There have been as many as 7 "community managers" in our 3 years here and I think I never met some of them at all. Apparently "Manager" is a part-time minimum wage job at Las Haciendas. There are 6 washers & 6 dryers at the facility, but usually only a couple work. We do have a decent pool here, if you want to chance it. The ground water is contaminated by the aerospace facility across Greenfield St. We've received official warning letters from the Government about seepage of deadly gasses and some local homes were demolished. Our car has been burglarized 3 times since we moved to this complex, but we don't keep valuables in it and there is never a manager here to tell anyway. Today we received a harassing letter on our door because I have plants on the patio. I assume it came from the new "manager" who started this week. Avoid moving here. It's infested with cockroaches and mice. The management are abusive and the rent is high.

Came for a tour today. Not only was the office closed, the number listed only answered to ignore me and let me say hello repeatedly while they breathed heavily into the receive. Did it twice, then screened my call. Don’t bother coming here or thinking of renting here.

Terrible. Management never available. Maintenance takes 2 months to do anything and you can not contact anyone during a maintenance emergency. Phone numbers don’t work. Notice how only reviews that have positive feedback are the ones that get responses from the management. That should say something. Red flag. Management is horrible.

I love living here. The apartments are spacious enough for my family. The neighbors are friendly & it's overall pretty quiet. Property is well maintained. Lots of upgrades happening so the tenants can enjoy their homes. I will always suggest these apartments to anyone looking for a place to live that's reasonably priced!

Hello, I have been living at Las Haciendas for over 2 years now. Since Priscilla has started, I have experienced the kindest consistency and care from her. Priscilla makes living at Las Haciendas comfortable, peaceful and pretty! The property is very well maintained and tidy. I always feel comfortable using the facilities as the laundy and clean up crews are there promptly every morning cleaning and emptying out the trashes that we use for our pets! It is always a pleasure seeing Priscilla present on-site, walking the property and being available in the office when needed. Most importantly, I appreciate being able to walk throughout the property and enjoy the clean, fresh and friendly atmosphere. Since most services are now done online, like maintenance request and general questions, I always receive timely responses and quick resolutions. Thank you Priscilla for making our stay here welcoming and comfortable! ❤️

We were fortunate enough to find the perfect unit in our price range. April, the property manager, was extremely welcoming and easygoing. The complex is clean, the apartment is great, and the people are all very chill. There is a sense of community here which was a change from our other living spaces.

I Love it :) this is our happy place. I been here for a while but these past year or so I definitely notice a big difference in our community. Our community is always clean, our landscape and maintenance is are always on point. Also our recreational areas and laundry room are always clean. Priscilla has been managing my apartment complex the Regency apartments in El Cajon. As well as her regular apartment complex since our manager left . She’s been a good listener and a awesome at resolving issues. I hope when they find our regular manager she trains them to be just like her.
