Son groseros, la que hace las mamografías me trató muy mal , hasta me golpeó mis pechos. No regresaré jamás. Pésimo servicio. Despidan a la que hace las mamografías, y las que contestan llamadas otras abusivas, y las citas hasta dos meses , y si tengo cáncer QUÉ ? PIERDO 2 MESES DE KIMO

They are very impersonal at the front desk and at registration. They just bark out the instructions. The rest of the crew was fine. Not even a hello or a smile. If you don't like your job ladies. Get another job.

CID is a nice facility with pillars and palm trees in front, a waiting room with entertaining home improvement or cooking shows playing, and a peaceful waterfall (although I don't know if it's always on). Their friendly & knowledgeable technicians provide thorough scans and do a great job of comparing your results w/ prior exams done at their offices 🌴⛲🏥 I've been going to CID for so many years I recall picking up my reports and CDs from their records office. They now have a wonderful online patient portal to view your reports and images after your visit! Accessing Medical Imaging Studies works perfectly, but completing check-in paperwork does not. I receive both a text and an email prior to my appointment, advising me to complete forms with a link to do so. I complete each tab and hit submit and a checkmark appears to confirm. Twice now I've gone to my appt and have had to complete a hard copy of a form already completed online, so that is why this is not 5 stars. Checking in online should be the touchless option, as it normally allows front desk to pull the paperwork rather than hand you the clipboard and pager. Otherwise, you have just enough time in the lobby to complete the forms before the pager goes off and they complete your check-in the next room. Then you go back to the waiting room until they call you back for your appt. There was a line to get in with my appointment Oct 2022 at 1 PM, but that could have been due to lunch or continued COVID-19 protocols as there are still separate doors for entry and exit. Morning appointments also have a line as you are checking in along with any X-ray walk-ins. Fast forward to my March 2025 appt where I checked in for an X-ray at the same time. My scheduled scan was very timely as usual, but because X-rays are first come, first served, I was there for an hour. I thought it would be easier and I'd already be in line since I was there for a scan, but they must have added me to the X-ray queue after my scan. I really wish CID would accept appointments for X-rays! X-rays should be treated like bloodwork - although you can walk in, it's better to have an appt. Ending on a positive note, it is fun to go to CID near the holidays. They always have festive décor and a Christmas tree, but I've also captured a Thanksgiving tree, and now an Easter and spring tree! 🎄🎃🐰

Came in with my hubby to get x-rays...first impressions are everything..and you can not hide the rudeness of the staff with your impressive office. You obviously need better staff or care of them better. They were so cold, emotionless....not warm and welcoming. They acted as if we were an annoyance. Hopefully, he will never need to come back.

Trying to call at multiple times of the day for a week now...holding 10, 20, 18, 16, 26 and some minutes to change my appointment due to an illness and nobody comes to the phone. I will just be a no show I guess or if they call to remind me will tell them. Lousy service

If it was possible to give a zero I would. I have never been treated so poorly in such a random way in my life. This was my first experience with medical stuff, I am being checked for cancer. Obviously already scared. Every single call I have been forced to make the girl that answers is so incredibly unkind from the moment she answers for no determinable reason. She literally started the call by interrupting me mid sentence telling her about my tumor to yell at me for having her on speaker. She talked to me as if I was either a huge burden and interruption to her day, or just stupid. I asked very reasonable questions because I have never been sick before, I don’t know how to do this yet. She made a point to slooooow down her words and speak loudly as if I was too daft to understand her. To be looking at possibly dying and to be made to feel small and unimportant and a nuisance is beyond wrong. I have been left in a puddle of tears with no resolution, no scan and have had to be referred someplace else. My tumor has had an extra week to grow because of this company. The extra evil ones name was Emily, but all of them were terribly unkind. I am so appalled that I even filed a grievance with my insurance. It is hard to push me this far. I am grateful for any help I get and understand how stressful the medical field is. They should be truly ashamed of their staff’s behavior.

Some times , some days , some hours, or even some phone calls can result in a bad encounter with this facility, but overall CID is a really good place that Hemet is lucky to have accessible in town. Be patient if you have to have a non-stat appointment scheduled, then don't miss it. It has many services available on site. Service dogs are allowed. Waiting rooms are clean, orderly, and have TV Plasmas set up. On my most recent visit to CID, I was scheduled to get biopsies on a mobile traveling unit (Dedicated Biopsy Services). I was hesitant, but the mobile unit was clean & well equipped. The technicians were excellent, the doctor was experienced & knowledgeable, and they were all polite, kind, informative, and professional. Although I don't recommend biopsies for fun, I do give this most recent experience an overall thumbs up. (photo: biopsy techs Teresa & Adriana)
