Would be nice if you closed when your posted hours say you do. 1635 is not 1700. Taxpayers pay for this I'm almost certain. Either way not a good way to conduct buisness in my opinion.

It gets 2 stars because the bathroom was clean and there is adequate parking. Do not go without a lawyer and bring your wallet!!! I am a lifelong resident of Gardendale but after the 3 visits I made to that court room I am embarrassed to admit it. The whole system there needs to be re-evaluated it is so poorly ran and they know better. After every court date I felt the need to pray because I have never seen such a crooked setup and so many people getting screwed. Shame on this city!

they are only open till 4 not 5 i get out of work at 4 and i see the lady always walk out of the office at 4:20 never 5 and they’ll extend the holidays by the way they’re making it nearly impossible for me to pay my ticket
