Completely useless and flat out sorry individuals running this place. I had to write them a check to pay my taxes for registering my vehicle I bought out of state, no issue with that. My finance company double processed my already expensive truck payment which in turn caused my check to bounce. We explained this to them and tried to pay them what we had (which was over 3/4 of the amount owed) and pay them the rest as soon as we could. But they refused to take any partial payments. They would much rather just issue an arrest warrant for someone with a wife, 4 kids, a mortgage, and 3 vehicle payments for being $300 short instead of taking the $800 that has been offered and waiting 2 more days for the rest. I have bank records showing the money in the account at the time the check was written and showing the finance company taking my truck payment twice in the same day right before they attempted to process my check. But here in Geneva County it’s not about the people. It’s about the dollar. So you get to pay for a trip to the jail and court costs on top of what you’re already trying to pay. Playing with a human beings freedom over $300 and a mistake made that was completely out of my control. I’m sorry my family has grown accustomed to having food and electricity so I didn’t have the extra $300 to just give you at the time. Pathetic.

"When I was at the courthouse for my permit examination, the black and the white trooper ladies were not professional with me. When they asked for my phone number, they said, "Don't tell me you don't know your own phone number, even your boyfriend knows it". This was disrespectful and it pissed me off!!! When I was taking the test, the white trooper said, "If you don't know the answer to this question, you ain't been on this earth long enough", me, not on this earth long enough!!! They were talking outloud about their boyfriends and parties so I couldn't concentrate. These white men walked in and they were all conversating so loud. the headphones don't even work! They spelled my name wrong in the computer, and they also did not take my picture right. I AM NOT STUPID, DON'T THINK IM THE DUMB ONE!!! The amount of prejudice and discrimination in geneva courthouse is outrageous😡. I went out of town to get my ID, not this place. Won't be coming back here for business. Going somewhere else.

Sucks yall dont have proof to send my brother off to prision i called i was told the only charge he had was failure to appear no other info was given to me yes he has an issue half of geneva county does even the judges sit in chamber snortin as well so is this a reason to ship him off to prision No!! Will be taling this and my proof yall are corrupt and yall had my damn nephew picked up for murder but you let him out im taking this to tik tok news everything yall corrupt and ima expose geneva county and i have someone i know who delivers stuff to pll here
