Edit: 5 months later, after posting on the BBB website, they claimed the apartment wasn't clean enough so they billed me $225, detailing that they had to shampoo the carpets and they had to clean the place more to be apt for re-renting. This is not legal in AZ. See ARS 33-321- this is normal wear and tear. It has been 5 months now, and they are now dodging my court summons. Just avoid this place, they won't get you coming, but they're get you going. I'm going to pursue this, even if at a loss to put a stop to this because places like this are why we have such a terrible homeless problem. This place will decimate you after moving out and not bat an eye about it. Edit: 4 months later, still no deposit, initially decided to bill me $225 for rent (? I was paid up past my move out). Office was closed for 3 days the day I wanted to move out. I've tried to work with them, finally had to take it to small claims court. Will update. I wouldn't recommend moving here at this point. I lived here for 3 years- the place is great and I have no issues with it. A/C down? fixed next day. They are 100% on top of taking care of you as much as they can. In house washer/dryer, and storage. I don't know what more you'd want in apartment life, but...it's apartment life. I'd recommend upstairs for both porch pirates and noise control, but generally, a really nice place to live for a while.

Walls a little thin, but it's a jewel near the city. Clean, cozy, responsive management, nice clean pool. Would recommend to anyone looking she a small, reasonably priced place that's close to nearly everything.

This place is just ok. Pros: good location around a lot of shopping areas in walkable distance. The bus line is pretty close and target is one step away. The landscaping is nice and a great environment to take your dog potty. Cons: extremely dangerous location, constant homeless coming into the complex and leaving needles behind. A lot of shoplifters will leave their trash from target. The police have been called multiple times because of the shoplifters trying to break into apartments. Depending on what apartment you are moving into, you could be facing the small shopping mall behind the complex. The garbage men for the mall will come around 4AM and very LOUDLY will empty the garbage in the parking lot. It will wake you up if you leave a window or a sliding door open. There are also landscapers who will come and loudly trim some of the grass behind the complex around 10PM-12AM. Also, the maintenance could be better, for simple quick fixes we were able to have them resolved relatively quickly. But anything major took them a lot of time, we went without a dishwasher for 6 months and our previous neighbors had to suffer without a clothing dryer for half a year. Overall this place is overpriced. I am paying $300 more than I did at La Cima for a house that is much larger and more central. $1200 was the rent when I was there and it felt much to expensive considering the appliances were not modern and the area was dangerous. One last thing: constant mice infestation and issues with roaches as well. Had to bug maintenance multiple times for them to patch a large whole under my sink and to put a door stopper on my back door to prevent bugs from entering.

First I would like to thank the Property Manager and her Team (maintenance) for everything. Now, these apartments are very cozy and spacious. They have plenty of space for a single person or family. The area is conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants. Only issue I had was parking. Its very hard to find parking spaces close to your unit at certain times. Apartment manager is very professional and relatable. I honestly personally really enjoyed living there. Thanks for everything

MICE INFESTATION!!!!!!! Not worth it. Price keeps rising but there are way better apartments for the same price. Doors inside apartment are old outside doors that have been repainted. Stove is old, counters and cabinets are old. NEW UPDATE: MICE INFESTATION. stay clear of this place.

Has the worst management, they play favorites and don't communicate well at all. The buildings are falling apart and tons of drugs. Awful place, rent somewhere else!!
