I stopped by to get a new battery for my watch and both sales people had their heads down until I stood at the counter. No welcome in or a smile from anyone, one girl kept her head down the whole time. Older woman came up to me and I told her that I wanted a new battery and that I wanted to change my band to a link one, she said, “we don’t have any bands.” I man came out from the back and I asked him and he came over with bands, I told him I was looking for a link band so he put the bands back.when the woman came back with my watch I asked her again if they had bands and she brought me the same ones the man did. How can a Movado dealer not have a large selection of bands for all their watches? I did not feel welcomed in this place at all and they definitely need customer service classes. And maybe a breath mint.

Bought a new Movado watch for my wife here. Aashka our sales associate was excellent. She was pleasant, informative, very efficient! The watches are beautiful and all Swiss movements. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this business!

The collection is good. The watch we bought had scratches and we were promised a new watch in couple of days. They did not get back to us even after a week. When we went there and asked the sales person kept asking us to come after an hour few times. Finally when we were firm to ask, she was very rude. We finally got another watch with scratches. I wouldn’t go back.

I came back to this store @Carlsbad just to check their watch selection and I ended up buying 3 Hugo Boss and Olivia Burton simply because Dianna was awesome, patient, very accommodating and happy to serve. Manager Vanessa went above and beyond, she gave me additional discount. Jaco was sweet and friendly too. After sale experience with Dassah was great as well, she fixed my Movado's watch bracelet. Overall experience, they absolutely provide great customer service. Come and see them all for any watches shopping!

Great customer service, I'm not a big watch guy but I read on a Forbes Magazine that watches are the new investment. I liked the watches there and Lana really had a good personality. Definitely would recommend this store.

I wanted to buy a watch for my boyfriend birthday and so I decided to drop by this store to check out of there was any deal. A movado employee Mu chu lan (she goes by Lana) was such a great help to me. She explained all the watches in great detail and was very patience even though there was a lot happening at the store. I felt heard and taken care of by Lana. She was super nice and friendly to me as I bought couple of watches later on. I decided to leave a review here because whoever is her boss did the right thing to have hire Lana. I had a great shopping experience overall.
