Went in there with a buddy of mine at 7pm, our movie went out due to there being an issue with the lighting of the movie making it nearly impossible to even watch, they worked on fixing it but about 10 minutes later we were told to leave but we all got full refunds immediately and we ended up getting to watch fantastic 4 in 3d for free at a later showing. Fantastic customer service from specifically a girl named Stormie, whom handled the situation in a very professional manner and informed of us our refunds and a free showing later that night, even hooked us up with a large bag of popcorn on the house due to our inconvenience with the movie. Also amazing customer service to a girl named angel who was amazing to interact with and very pleasant to all the customers. The manager, Crystal, also did an excellent job at handling the situation and with making sure me and my friend were satisfied even with under the circumstances. I will note that Stormie in specific was the best employee I’ve interacted with ( customer service wise) in a very long time and would highly recommend giving that girl a raise along with Angel. Although I couldn’t give it a 5 star due to our movie being cut halfway through and me having to come home many hours later than i originally expected the amazing customer service throughout all those women made up for the inconveniences we experienced.

I ordered a large popcorn for me and my mother on mothers day. The kid behind the counter blatantly sneezed on our food. We asked very politely for a remake, in which the kid refused and got his manager. The manager, Niki, told us we were causing a scene and being dramatic in which we just decided to leave. No refunds were given to us.

I’m sorry to say this, but this cinema has fallen off by a lot. I went to go see Thunderbolts here and the movie had to restart a good 3-4 times and the movie was in noticeable lower quality than how it was advertised. The wait for the people to fix it was a good 30 minutes, and no compensation was offered. Staff appears to be decent but not helpful in any case. The auditoriums are dingy and very unclean, and there is always an absurd amount of advertisements playing. The managers need to take a few months to make renovations/changes to their staff because this is getting ridiculous. I would rather sit in my home and watch a movie than see it at this theater, and I am sad to say that I will not be attending this theater as often unless major changes are made to fix the quality of this theater.

I would give 0 stars if it would let me!!! We took our son to watch the new Jurassic World Rebirth movie. The movie was blurry and there was a black spot on the screen. My husband, my self and two others complained about it. Only to be told they were going to call the cops. Ummm… ok. That makes no sense. The manger stated she couldn’t care less about her job & our concerns. We bought the refillable bucket of popcorn and drinks and I asked when was the cut off time for refills. I was told at 10PM so at 9:40 I went to get refills for everyone and everything was shut down and the lobby was completely black. We will not be returning to this theater to watch a movie!!!!

Chair was broke, bass speakers didn't work throughout the entire show, smelt like a public bathroom. Temperature was good and seating placement was decent

I spent 26 dollars on 2 tickets, our movie froze twice, they restarted it once. Not to mention while watching the movie I WAS SWEATING, not bc I was scared but bc of how hot it was. For me spending that much money for movie tickets… I expected more. Don’t waste your money, go to a drive in movie or something

Definitely the worst movie theater I've been to, I had one of the employees be very unprofessional to my friend (which the manager knew) and didn't get reprimanded. On top of that, the place is always super dirty. One of the movies I went to watch, the screen turned green and they took like 20 minutes to fix it, no refunds or anything. I dont recommend this theater.
