instalaciones impecables, todo se ve nuevo, moderno, los cuartos son muy comodos, el baño del cuarto esta muy bonito, los techos altos y los colores me gustaron mucho. tienen una lavanderia muy linda con lavadora y secadora nuevas y modernas, faciles de usar y es complementario. recomiendo mucho este hotel👌 Impeccable facilities, everything looks new, modern, the rooms are very comfortable, the bathroom in the room is very nice, the high ceilings and the colors I really liked. They have a very nice laundry room with a new and modern washer and dryer, easy to use and complementary. I highly recommend this hotel👌

I cannot say enough positive things about the hotel and the staff. Specifically I want to mention GM Mr Dion and front desk associate Bridgett. My family had a challenging travel day, and after initially receiving some tough news about amenities that were temporarily unavailable both Bridgett and Dion went the extra mile to make sure our stay was memorable and relaxing. As a lifetime platinum elite with over 1100 Marriott nights since 2015, experiences like this one are what continue to keep me a loyal brand ambassador. Being in the customer service industry and DELIVERING authentic customer service are two different things. Mr Dion, Bridgett, and this hotel DELIVERED.

The room was exceptionally clean and well kept. The front desk (Cece) was pleasant at midnight when we checked in and has a positive attitude and quickly checked us in. The breakfast was hot and clean and the waffles were a special formula better than most of the similar mixes but this was well attended all the items , and there was a huge variety, were well stocked and the HOT fresh coffee was excellent!|The attendants were friendly and spoke to us and created|A Friendly environment for everyone in the dining area. This was very welcome and the front desk staff were exceptionally service minded !|I HIGHLY recommend Spring Hill Suites by Marriott to any travelers!|Thank you thank you thank you!

The hotel is absolutely amazing and the staff are so friendly, especially Bridgette & Nancy who are top notch. The breakfast is on point every morning, and the rooms are extremely clean. The best place to stay hands down and you will not regret it!!!!!!

The room was nice, big & very clean. And the beds & pillows were very comfortable. |It seemed a little dark; the one wall lamp between the queen beds wasn’t sufficient for light for both spaces. And one of the lightbulbs was burned out on one side of that light fixture. It did have small pencil lights on the far ends of the beds, but they didn’t do much. It had a nice big sliding barn door to the bathroom entrance, but it opened right in front of the beds so when it was opened it poured a lot of light straight in your face if you were in bed. Not a good thing in the middle of the night! |Breakfast the next morning was lacking in some areas. They had scrambled eggs & sausage but the sausage was swimming in grease & didn’t seemed to be fully cooked. They kept running out of fruit & no bread other than pastries or bagels. Nothing to make toast. People were everywhere so maybe they weren’t expecting such a large crowd of people eating.

I rarely post reviews, but the experience I received at this hotel was worth sharing. Without going into detail two of the front desk staff went above and beyond helping me out. The room was clean, updated and comfortable. I would recommend to others and will be back again.

I love that they have a blinking lights notification for someone at your door. Thank you for thinking of the deaf and hard of hearing. Much appreciated. The room was nice, cozy and clean.

We enjoyed our stay while attending a WWBA Perfect Game tournament. This has to be the cleanest hotel I’ve been in. The staff is constantly cleaning and very nice when checking in. Keep up the great work!
