I been living here about 30days, June ,2025. I appreciate the age limit. I feel at an older graceful age , you want to embrace a certain kind of environment, my opinion! Feel safe and sit in peace. Quiet night peaceful atmosphere! Great location! Nice size apts, and all the accessories that's required. Nice view and the decoy of the patio plants and environments is beautiful ! Maintenance employee keep the place clean etcs. I have a very good experience with the Manger Team! I work hard always, not to embrace chaos! My journey and walk is peaceful, that is always the goal. The amenities thats offered, pool ,spa , entertainment room and other activities, washer/ dryer facility, etcs. Affordable Senior Living income base etcs . I will keep smiling to live our best happy life as senior,s we have earn the peace etcs! Looking forward to a peaceful ,happy residences at Vintage Oaks Senior Apartments .🥰.

I looked at 7 different affordable senior housing properties in the greater Sacramento/Folsom area and this place stands out as the best by far. The application process seemed a bit intimidating, but Diego, the Assistant Manager, was so friendly and professional and so unlike the other places' leasing people that I felt very good about Vintage Oaks. It is extremely well maintained and managed. I moved in about a week ago, and there were a few little things that needed to be done although my unit had just been redone and looks lovely! Yemani, the Community Manager, is incredibly nice and professional and has helped me with everything from signing the lease and doing the walkthrough to helping me set up my online account, all the while being so kind to all of the diverse mature people here. Jeff, the Supervisor, and Josh from the maintenance department came right away and fixed everything, including planing a sticky door and declogging/defrosting the freezer plughole. I mean right away! They had all the parts they might need and the extreme competence and efficiency to get some complicated work done very quickly. There is also a very active community here. There are plenty of things to get involved in and there is always something at the Community Center or space to do your own thing. I feel very lucky to live here and grateful for the amazing management that keeps Vintage Oaks a place where it's nice to age in place. I think if you're looking for yourself or a loved one, you can't go wrong here. I highly recommend applying or getting on a waitlist for a downstairs unit!

I moved in here just over a year ago and am enjoying it immensely. It’s a beautiful well maintained facility with many amenities and services available. I have yet to meet an unfriendly fellow tenant and the on site administrative and maintenance personnel are extraordinarily competent, friendly and caring. The original administrative staff of Tammy and Kim when I signed on were great. Both retired in the fall of 2023 after 20 plus years of dedicated service to the Vintage Oaks residents and for the company. The new crew has displayed and followed through with that same high caliber dedication to both the people and facility of Vintage Oaks as were Tammy and Kim. Diego Garcia and Yemani Buchanan have been there for me from the first moment I met them. I’m thoroughly impressed with how well they have both adjusted to their new positions here. Both are genuinely friendly and are promptly responsive to each need I’ve had thus far. As an example I much appreciated how Diego Garcia in his first few weeks here noticed how my paperwork for my 120 day prior to recertification had not gotten to me on time thus he saw to it and prevented me from having to scramble in a panic at the last moment… instead thanks to his keen eye and helpful expertise on details all went smoothly enabling me to avoid any angst in the process. More recently he took the time to aid me in comfortably signing up on the auto pay system. I’m embarrassingly inept and ill at ease about such things. It was extraordinarily kind of him to do so. His friendly, caring and professional persona was by far the best gift I received during this holiday season. I think one of the added benefits of having the new administrative crew here is the possibilities they bring to both us residents as well as to ownership having their fresh youthful eyes on vintage oaks to ponder, encourage and process the potential possibilities here while balancing our needs and wants through the prism of that which is or is not possible to be achieved. No small task. The input of us residents is a critical part of this process for things to continue an even brighter collective future here at Vintage Oaks. Sorry to be so chatty. In essence I’m obviously well pleased so far.

The support staff maintain Vintage Oaks very well. They are very professional and friendly. They listen attentively and understand my concerns. I enjoy our conversations. Vintage Oaks provides a healthy safe pleasant environment in its apartments on the grounds via social programs and social services.

I have lived here for about a year and a half now, and I really, really enjoy it. The neighbors are wonderful, during the summer I was in the pool daily, they have a lot of games and activities going on in the clubhouse. It's just a really nice place to live!

I moved in December 1st 2021 and couldn't be happier. Nothing like having your own place and without Vintage Osks, I'd still be renting a room somewhere. The management is amazing! Very friendly, helpful and professional. They'll answer all of your questions and make things as easy for you as possible. The grounds are beautiful. Lots of trees, squirrels, turkeys, beautiful walkways, pool, hot tub, gas barbecue, clubhouse, security gates, and everything is in walking distance. I feel very safe here. Very quiet complex.
