In a world where it seems like so many people are trying to make the world worse, you have people like Amanda Goldman who is genuinely trying to make the world a better place. She was very helpful in assisting me with my father's mobility issues, and I look forward to working with her again in the near future. She is particularly helpful with veterans. My first visit to Grizzard’s today! The lady, Amanda, was super nice with lots of helpful ideas for helping my elderly parents. The owner, Terry Grizzard is a very good business man. Bought a bike from him when he was in the bicycle business many years ago. Very impressed with the helpful staff and will use them as needs arise for my parents! Thank you!

The lady in the office was very rude to me and my Grandmother. She also was incompetent about scooters and who else worked there. Even though I made an appointment. I also sat in the lobby for 15 minutes before she came and greeted me with a rude "What do you want" in a Karen voice. She also said she couldn't help me unload the scooter because it was "100 degrees" outside. Honestly she didn't seem to know where she was and why I needed repairs on a scooter at a store where they repair scooters! The worst is she gave back talk to my elderly grandmother who simply asked when she could bring it to get repaired. In all I had a beyond poor experience. I 100% recommend to go to home Physicians Home Health in Gadsden, Alabama.

I met very kind and helpful people their, helping me out getting around while they worked on my passport installing a wheelchair carrier, they answered all my and my wife's questions. Also they suggested a couple ideas to help us out. I will suggest them to anyone that could use their help. Thanks
