Please stop using the spider system unless you are not going to wire it like a crackhead. Control boards are just left dangling and wiring labels don’t correspond to what they’re actually connected to half the time. When the spider system does go out, you loose even things that should just be wired to the house battery with a fuse. Everyone from the coach owners to the guys in the repair facility hate this spider system! Why do you continue to use it Tiffin? Update: Tiffin below comments are caned and they are not going to change. Been here a week waiting for this to get fixed, when told fixed today; couldn’t even leave the Tiffin Service Center parking lot without it being broke AGAIN!!! I WILL NEVER BUY A TIFFIN AGAIN! Garbage! Wish I would have just kept my old coach and upgraded it.

We have been to other motorhome factory tours, but this was one of the best. They take you along the production line as it is actually in progress. Interesting difference we noticed - here, all the workers were performing their jobs at a steady - but not rushed pace. They seemed focused on consistency and quality. This is noticeably different from other RV factory tours we have taken.

As an RV outfitter I usually only see these RVs fully assembled and ready to be sold. Although Tiffins were the highest quality and you can tell just standing inside one; I had no idea what it really took to make one. Bob, Van and Leigh Tiffin welcomed us to their factory in Red Bay, Alabama personally. We toured every step of the process; from the bare chassis to the finished product. Each employee was happy to stop and discuss what their job was and how it all got put together. 95% of each Tiffin motorhome is made from parts created right IN the Tiffin factory. Van inspects each Phaeton, Allegro Bus and Zephyr himself with his team for about 6 hours! If you have considered buying a Tiffin and are on the fence.... Go tldp a factory tour! I bet you won't be on the fence anymore and will never buy another brand if you do!!!!

Im a visitor with a friend having work done on his Allegra Bus. I worked in a body shop for ten years before taking on an environmental job cleaning up mostly for the military. With this job I managed sometimes 6 to 8 employees on the site. Remediation of mostly chemicals, and Petroleum products. It sometimes was a very fast pace job and if you didn’t stay on top of your crew they would become complacent, get hurt or fall behind. We all know this does happens and Quality suffers. I think some guys in the paint repair shop gets complacent at what they are doing, thinking the owners were all retired so no need for efficiency or quality. I think to that Quality is lacking. Thinking there’s time to wet sand runs and buff it out. I personally fee that time-clock is well used for $pay and not for efficiency and quality. Tiffin motorhomes are probably the most beautiful buses 2nd to none. There are some others that are way more expensive but you guys cater to mostly looks like retirees. I say all this to say that the ones managing the body repair shop guys need to step up their game. They got their position because they are extremely good workers. I just think they need to spend a little more time on crunching numbers for time spent on the warranty repairs or even fixing damage campsite visits. I’m just voicing my opinion on how the shop is ran and the complacency going on in the bays. From P01 to p10. The Diamond shield rep comes and goes at his own pace. So people are left with trying to figure out what to do with time. I really enjoyed the tour through the build facility and all the different work stations. I’m sorry for the negative feedback but the tighter the ship the less drag you have and a smother sailing you’ll get. Thank you for allowing my feedback.

I have an unusual perspective regarding Tiffin Motorhomes. I work for one of their dealers, and have personally sold quite a few to various clients and friends. I’ve also had the privilege of touring the plant and meeting much of the management and ownership team. I can say, without reservation, these folks are second to none. Bob and Tim Tiffin will go out of their way to make sure their customers (and mine) are satisfied. While I don’t own a Tiffin product, I have a good deal of experience selling them, as well as assisting my clients with post-sales support. Honesty is very important to the family owned dealership where I work, and it is also very important to me. It means a LOT to know I can sell a company’s product, and rest easy knowing they’ll stand behind it. I never tire of hearing the personal examples of how the Tiffin family has looked after my customers in their travels. This is a personal win for me and I’m immensely grateful to know my customers are being properly cared for long after they’ve bought from me. In closing, buy a Tiffin Motorhome. You will not be disappointed!

I am a first time owner of an new RV. After months of looking and researching we finally decided on a new 2024 Tiffin Allegro Red KA, since the name Tiffin was mostly highly respected. Was I ever wrong!!! The quality of workmanship is below third world standards. The incompetence is completely overwhelming!! All this before the first trip. Cruise control doesnt work,Power steering leaking oil, Roof air-conditioner leaking condensation thru ceiling, (Drain line wasnt fastened correctly) Front drop down bed access plywood cover falls on wife in passenger seat while driving home from dealership. (Cover was completely attached backwards. All fastening devices were on wrong).Diagnostic port under dash hanging loose from wires at drivers feet. Broken Drill bit sticking in thru metal towards drivers foot. Steel Cavities in floor next to accelerator stuffed with used plastic bags then tried to smear black caulking over top of bags to make it look like its sealed. (Pathetic) Areas that were caulked, the caulking was not even close for where it was intended, smeared everywhere, completely missing where it was needed. Some window screws only partially fastened. Trash under the seats, One key fob remote found under the drivers seat. In the belly storage compartments there were so many wires and hoses hanging down you could not push the cargo slide in with any thing on it , it would hang up on all the loose hanging harnesses. The routing of the harnesses and hoses were done at first grade level!! Completely disorganized, tangled, twisted, pinched, kinked, wires outside of protective covers rubbing on sharp edges, and the list goes on,,,,.Some photos attached,.

I went through alot of the other reviews on here and alot of them are from Employees or Tiffin Affiliates. Ohhh Conflict of interest with the Google Review Tool much ?! How can you ask your Employees to write 5star reviews for your business and act like customers ? Then ignore the real customers and take their money. I get it you need to sell products and make money to feed your families. But guess what only the higher ups make the real money. While the customers and employees get the short end of the stick in the end. STOP SELLING GARVAGE AND YOU WILL GET BETTER REVIEWS LEE TIFFIN> Born with a silver spoon in ya mouth trust fund baby.

"Customer and quality driven" and self-proclaimed luxury is anything but that. They couldn't be further from it. A nightmare from the genesis of purchasing from the dealer to warranty fights begging March 2022 to the present. It wasn't until escalating up the chain of command for any real action to be taken to "fix" a multitude of issues - so many in fact that they hauled our unit from Oregon back to Alabama from Sept. - Dec. 2022. Complete garbage. Upon receipt, we continue to fight with them for issues that remain unfixed, masked, or newly created as a result of their clowns "repairs". DO NOT buy from Vanleigh or Tiffin unless you enjoy disruptions to your life. We bought the 2022 Beacon 41LKB with the intent of full-time living while we built our home. These pictures are just a glimpse at what quality workmanship you can expect. Good luck!
