It should be called Non-Justice court only for the fact that my Judge was so kind, the first time I saw him, he was a great listener and empathetic, and he read all my data. A couple days later, I get called in by a neighbor as a revenge harassing act, due to a county call to check the safety of my home from his crazy non-permited mess, and yes their were violations of which had zero to do with harassment. This judge believed all the untruths he told ,which I found absolutely appalling. I didn't get a chance to even defend myself. I had my data and I was just humiliated, belittled and he embarrassed me. I did not get my time to defend myself because the plantiff took my time plus. Then there are 2 more cases and I am asked why am I there, really? There's one Judge that was fantastic, but this one that I had for this hearing, I don't know what was wrong with him. It's almost like these judges probably get sick of hearing all the junk they have to hear and they just throw things to see if it sticks. A woman living alone and never harassed this person or anyone for that matter, gets the book thrown at her, how can these people take an oath and tell vile pathological lies right to the Judge's face. It is ashame, he was so wonderful and when I saw him in the courtroom and I was happy he was there, he was fair. Just because he was running late and did not allow me to defend myself, and now I have a record. Good grief, this is a crime on a wonderful, rule following and great person who has total respect for the law. WOW!

They should just call eviction court , the landlord court because the judges always side with the landlord, they dont want to hear from the tenant, they cover for the landlord if theres a mistake in serving the 5 and 30 day notice. Judges do not follow the justice system or laws. In other words, they ruin lives with no remorse.

Very fast and efficient clerk who was very friendly and efficient during my transaction. Even the security guards who frisked me through were quite nice.

The water from the fountain tastes like it came out of a sewer! I don't think they've ever change the filters on the water fountain! GROSS! And secondly it seems like half of the employees don't know what they're doing!

My faith is just lost in “you guys.” Let’s just be clear, when I say that, I mean it in the worst way possible. You are more troublesome than anyone I know. You make me feel as if I am the incorporable one. I ask for nothing and “you guys” definitely give me that plus benefits.(benefits for yourselves). These benefits would include being completely rude to me and my family. How does one achieve this horrible facade of pure ignorance and yet still attempts at the same lousy attitudes and excuses. My condolences -Cheddar Enterprises

It was just a short wait until my number was called. The person that helped me was extremely nice, more than willing to Help me with what i needed, and very knowledgeable about everything that pertained to her job. So long story short I by no means am a fan of going to any court house or anything even related to dealing with legal issues or law enforcement. So what i thought was going to be a very unpleasant chore It turned out to be a huge surprise The people were so nice to deal with helpful, and adamant about making sure your issue was resolved before you leave

This is the first one star review I have given any product, business, or entity! I filed a small claims and when it came time to show up in court the Judge was incompetent and misread the papers that were filed. The judge claimed that the paperwork only had one defendant when in fact there were two defendants and it was clear on the paperwork. The judge did not admit his mistake and I was forced to refile. Without acknowledging his error the judge also dismissed the case later on. The court validated that the judge was wrong and they said they would refile the case for free and assured me that another judge would hear it. If the judge misread my paperwork the first time what would keep him from misreading a second time. He was old and clearly no longer competent to be sitting on a bench. Once a judge loses the ability to read standard boiler plate court documents they should be taken off the bench, but apparently Pima County has no such mechanism in place. I live out of state so I don't have the opportunity to travel back. The corrupt and incompetent prevailed this TIME! Update: they allowed me to refill for free and I ended up winning my small claims case. So I guess now they deserve three stars.
